• Select the finest 100% Arabica beans

  from around the world: We know once a coffee bean is grown, nothing can be added or removed: the quality must already be present. The ultimate quality of the resulting coffee beans depends on the genetics of the plant, the soil in which it grows and the microclimate. We only select the best grades of high-grown Arabica beans, which are planted in fine plantations in the most ideal climates and with strict processing methods.

• Roast only after you order in small quantity

  80% of flavor and taste in one cup is determined by  Roasting Skills . We use Fuji-Royal roasting machine to roast coffee to suit its individual characteristics and use built-in far infrared radiation technology to produce a deep rich flavor to reach each bean's full-flavored perfection. We only provide freshly roasted beans after you place your order and in small quantities.

• Seal and ship the coffee to you immediately after roasting

  To preserve the coffee's freshness and flavors, we seal our coffee right after roasting in the Flavor-Locked Bag . Since coffee is better made with freshly roasted beans, we ship it through express in the same day right after roasting. We promise you the coffee delivered to your hand is less than 48 hours!
