How to choose the coffee beans you love
We hope you can find your own coffee tastes. If you just start to brew coffee yourself and cannot decide which coffee you would like to buy, here are some tips:

Choose coffee by brewing methods:
If you are using filter to prepare coffee, you can choose wide range coffee. And if you prefer a milder taste, we suggest our Kaldi House Blend, Brazil Bourbon Santos, and the blend of Sumatra Mandheling and Brazil Bourbon Santos. Using Espresso Machine or Stove-top Moca, we recommend dark-roasted beans, such as Sumatra Mandheling, Sumatra Golden Mandheling, and Espresso Blend. The dark-roasted coffee are also perfect to have with milk. If you are managing Syphone, which famous for delivering coffee's original characters, we prefer medium-roasted distinguished types, such as Kenya AA, Ethiopia Yigacheffer, Nicaragua Maragogype, Tanzania Kilimanjaro. -
Choose coffee by an intriguing quality of coffee -Acidity:
Even though it is harder to accept for most people, acid taste in coffee can increase aroma significantly. If you just don't like any acidity, we suggest dark-roasted coffee, like Sumatra Mandheling, Sumatra Golden Mandheling, Espresso Blend, and the blend of Sumatra Mandheling & Brazil Bourbon Santos. If you are fine with little acid taste, here are some coffees for you: Kaldi House Blend, Brazil Bourbon Santos, Colombia Supremo, Ethiopia Djimah Mocha, and Nicaragua Maragogype. If you appreciate normal acidity, we recommend Peru Chanchamayo, Jamaica Blue Mountain, Kenya AA, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, and Tanzania Kilimanjaro. Please note that adding sugar increases the sour taste. If you do drink coffee with sugar, please avoid normal acidity category. -
Choose coffee by another quality of coffee -Bitterness:
To smooth the bitterness is simply adding milk. If you don't like any bitter tastes, please avoid dark roasted beans: Sumatra Mandheling, Sumatra Golden Mandheling, and Espresso Blend. -
Choose coffee by intensity:
Darker roasted coffee gives us more intensity, such as Sumatra Mandheling, Sumatra Golden Mandheling, Espresso Blend, and Sumatra Mandheling & Brazil Bourbon Santos. Milder coffee includes: Kaldi House Blend, Ethiopia Djimah Mocha , Jamaica Blue Mountain, Kenya AA, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, Tanzania Kilimanjaro, and Nicaragua Maragogype. Mildest coffee: Brazil Bourbon Santos and Colombia Supremo.
